Booking:
~ Full payment is required at time of booking reservations for Special Events.
~ Full payment is required at time of booking for Bed and Breakfast.

Cancellation:
~ Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation of reservation (for Guest House) is received 30 days prior to arrival date.
~ 50% of total amount is refundable for Special Events.
~ No refund is paid if reservation and/or cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival date.
