All seasonal seafood is brought in live from the docks of Southeast La., the fisherman's paradise.  
Chef Ed will boil all seafood on the premises in his Special Secret Spices. It's a great time to site back, watch and ask questions on the art of boiling real N'awlins seafood.  Good luck finding out what's in his Special Secret Spices.  You will love it!!
 
All non-seasonal seafood will be fresh from the Seafood Market for frying only.  Seasoned and fried to a golden crisp for that real N'awlins Poboy flavor.
